Terms of Service

1. Your account

Nightro provides business software for venue operators. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are an adult authorized to act for the business you identify. Provide accurate account details, verify your email address and keep your password private. Contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Your job title does not give you access to an existing venue. A venue owner must grant that access. Use your own account; do not share another person's login.

2. What early access includes

This initial release lets you create an account and set up your business and venue information. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or change as we test and improve the product. Account creation does not promise that your venue's sales or sensor data is connected or available.

Creating this account does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. We will present any paid service and its pricing separately before you agree to it. These account terms do not set the commercial terms of a later venue pilot.

3. Venue data and connections

You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit Nightro to store and process that information to provide, secure and support your workspace. Only provide information you are authorized to share and manage access for your team responsibly.

Creating an account alone does not authorize Nightro to access any point-of-sale (POS) provider or sensor service. These terms apply regardless of which POS provider your business uses. Each connection requires a separate setup and authorization process for the correct venue. Additional data-use terms may apply before those connections are activated. Never send POS secrets through an ordinary support email.

4. Appropriate use

Use Nightro for lawful business purposes. Do not try to access another business's data, bypass permissions, disrupt the service or introduce harmful software. You may use the interface for your authorized business work; Nightro retains its rights in its software, branding and interface.

5. Early-access limitations

Nightro is still being developed and tested. Features and results may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and service may be interrupted. Review available data coverage and freshness information and verify consequential business decisions against your original records. Keep your original business records outside Nightro. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business result during this early-access period.

6. Account access and closure

Contact team@nightrohq.com to request help or account closure. We will verify your authority before changing access or handling a request involving shared venue information. Closing one person's account does not automatically close an entire business workspace or remove other authorized users.

We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, a security problem or a legal obligation. We will provide notice where practical and appropriate. The Privacy Policy describes how account information is handled.

7. Updates

We may update these terms as Nightro develops. We will identify the version and effective date of published terms and provide notice of material changes before they apply. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it. A change will not by itself authorize charges or a new POS connection.
